Today im going to share with you an instant self-hypnosis technique that only takes a few minutes to do. I really recommend using this technique at times where you may feel your lacking energy or maybe when you’re starting to feel the effects of stress on yourself.

Also, if you’re the type of person who tends to wakes up in the middle of the night, for no apparent reason, this technique can prove itself very useful to go back to sleep fast.

Now please be advised, don’t practice this technique while driving a car. In fact, any technique that I share with you should not be done while driving a vehicle.

So here is the technique, and have a very nice instant self-hypnosis session.

First of all, sit yourself in a comfortable chair and be sure that your back is well supported. Now, chose a point in front of you just slightly above your eyesight level and let your eyes gaze at that point for now.

Then take 3 abdominal breaths. And as you take your third deep breath, keep it in while counting 3 seconds in your mind. Then, at the count of three, close your eyes and exhale all the air out letting yourself relax going in a deeper state of well-being.

The second phase of this instant self-hypnosis technique is to stay relaxed for a moment while doing a slow countdown in your mind from 25 to 1. While you do the countdown in your mind, let yourself breathe in a normal manner.

If you wish to do so, you can imagine the numbers from the countdown as if they were appearing on a TV screen, or maybe as if they where appearing on a black board. The same kind of black board you use to see as a kid in school.

The third phase of this instant self-hypnosis technique is that when you reach the number 1 you give yourself self-suggestions. Here are examples of self-suggestions you can use. I feel relaxed. I feel in control of my life. I am calm. I feel secure. All my muscles are now relaxing. I let myself go in a deeper state. The exact wording and phrases are not important. The only important thing here is that you feel good about them.

The fourth phase of this instant self-hypnosis technique is to count yourself back up from 1 to 3. At the count of 3 you come back to yourself and open your eyes feeling wonderful in all ways. All you have to do now is finish your day with a wonderful feeling of peaceful rest.
