Hypnosis for self-esteemcould in fact be the greatest gift that you could offer yourself today. And the best thing about it is that it’s free! Take the time to work on your self-esteem by integrating self-hypnosis in your daily routine.

Before you start working on hypnosis for self-esteem, you should know that self-esteem is built with the evaluations and judgments that you make about yourself. By evaluating your beliefs and values with your actions, you are the one who is deciding if you’re a bad or a good person.

In my hypnosis practice, I quickly realized that most problems that people came to me with could almost all benefit from obtaining more self-esteem. I had a teacher in my hypnosis training that used to say that working on self-esteem with a client is getting 50 percent of the work done, whatever the problem!!!

So if you want to enhance your self-esteem and feel better about yourself, all you have to do is to take action and start making good evaluations of who you really are. You can achieve this by gradually integrating these simple tips in your life.

Here are My 5 Hypnosis for self-esteem tips: 

Be aware of the voice in your head

Take notice of your thoughts. What you say and think about yourself directly impacts the way you feel about yourself. So you could say that you are actually programming your own self-esteem.

By being aware of your thoughts, you will discover what ideas you have about yourself. This will help you in finding exactly what kind of ideas you need to change and re-program using self-hypnosis.

 

Stop comparing yourself to others

You are the one and only you, Period! If you really need to compare yourself, do it with yourself. Compare how you were doing yesterday to how you are doing today.

And please remember, we often are quite severe with ourselves… so be gentle in your evaluation.

 

Acknowledge your successes and be grateful

Each night before I go to bed, I write down in a journal five successes and five gratitude’s I find I had in my day. I know that for some it may seem to be a lot but don’t worry, you will eventually have more than that to write down about.

If it helps, you could start by finding 2 of each and gradually work up to 5. That is perfectly fine.

Now here is the secrete to this exercise: Knowing that before going to bed, I write down my successes and gratitude’s, it seems to me that by doing this exercise, I take more positive actions in the day to have more interesting things to write about in the evening.

So day by day, I always get more and more success and have much more gratitude and fun in life.

 

Do things that help expand your comfort zone

Everything in life is expanding. Life is something that expands and grows. If you are not pushing the limits of your own comfort zone, in some way, you are choosing not to participate in life.

Try doing something that you have been putting off for a while because of your fears. Even if it’s just a small step, do it! Get in the habit of taking action in things that make you uncomfortable.

By taking action on one thing a day, you will be surprised at how fast your self-esteem will grow. By taking action you are choosing to participate in life and are becoming a better person for it.

 

Create positive affirmations about yourself

Create and make positive affirmations that will help you become the person you want to be. Affirmations can be used like self-suggestions in self-hypnosis.

Using affirmations will help you create the beliefs and values you want to have.

By carefully examining your thoughts as explained in the first tip, you will become aware of things you want to work on. Use these things to create the proper suggestion to reprogram your mind.
