5 Steps to Self Hypnosis Regression

This is an easy Self Hypnosis Regression technique that will let you do a self hypnosis regression in no time. If you want a simple and effective technique to do regression work, here it is!

The first time a tried it, I was taking a bath. I did the steps one at a time with no rush. I was really amazed of all the memories that I had forgotten. They came back rushing in my consciousness.

So give it a try, I promise you will remember things you never thought possible.

Here are the steps to practice this self hypnosis age regression technique.

Step 1: Practice abdominal breathing for 3 to 5 breaths.

Step 2: Do a full progressive muscle relaxation to calm your body down.

Step 3: Now make 2 self-suggestions. The first one saying: “I will now do a self hypnosis age regression”. And the second saying: “I will only remember memories that are positive for me”.

Step 4: Now, do a self hypnosis technique. Any technique that you like will do. This self hypnosis technique is to get you in the right state of mind for the self hypnosis regression.

Step 5: So now we dive in to it, the self hypnosis regression. What you do here is you recall to memory a positive day from 2 years ago. It can be your birthday if you wish.

Where were you, with who were you, How did you feel on that day? What could you see, what could you hear, what could you smell, touch and feel?

Take your time here, even if the memories don’t come back right away, they will come back if you are patient ok.

Once the memories of your chosen day are back, associate your consciousness to the memory. What I mean is, be the person in your memory.

Instead of seeing yourself from the outside, relive it as if you were there. Relive the memories as if you were there seeing, hearing and feeling as if you were actually in that memories physical body.

From this new perspective, explore a little bit what you can remember from this day. Once you have done enough exploration, freeze the memory. What I mean is stay in the memory but freeze the image.

From this frozen spot in space and time, you are you 2 years ago. In this spot in time, recall to memory another day from 2 years ago (4 years ago from actual time).

I know this may seem strange, but by doing it you will understand how it really works.

Once your chosen day comes back to memory, do the same as before. Associate your consciousness to the memory. Relive the memories as if you were there seeing, hearing and feeling as if you were actually in that memories physical body.

Now all you have to do is repeat this process as far back as you can go. The first time I did it, I went back to memories of when I was 4 years old.

They key point here is to take your time. Don’t rush it! Take all the time you need to explore each and every memory that comes back.

Once you found what you were looking for, let yourself come back in the present day.
